WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Following included services are:

  • regular maintenance: weekly cleaning, exchange of towels and bed linens
  • technologies: wifi, monitoring of the flat via home intelligence system (measure of your real energy consumption, remote regulation of flat temperature), TV
  • fully equipped kitchen: large fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven
  • furnished bathroom: shower, washing machine, drying rack
Energies are billed on top of the regular monthly payment, the sum is dependent on your real consumption for the current month. There are no annual deposits.

WHEN CAN I MOVE IN?

Check out the currently available apartments in our residence. Apartment availability may change.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY?

The shortest term contracts start at 3 months and can after be extended.

PETS ALLOWED?

In order to maintain the highest possible standard for the longest period of time, pets are not allowed. 

EXPECTING A DELIVERY?

Ask for it to be delivered to our office address: V Šáreckém údolí 764/1, 160 00 Praha 6 Dejvice. We will accept your parcels and forward them to your apartment.

Can I park my car at the residence?

For our guests’ cars we have prepared places in the garage. After ordering a covered parking space you will receive your chip from the garage door and the elevator.
